* Departure day cleaning service (additional fee) is required for all guests to insure professional cleanings between rentals.
Summer season week rentals indicated, starting June 7, are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).
Fall 2024: Sep, Oct & Holidays
weekend: 2 nights: $750/nt
3+ nights: $650/nt
weekly (7 nights): $4,200
Above rates applies to all of September and first 3 weeks in October.
Holiday rates:
Thanksgiving: — 4 nights, $3,500
Christmas: — 4 nights, $3,200
New Year's: — 3 nights, $2,400
Spring 2025: April & May
weekend (2+ nights): $750/nt
weekly (7 nights): $4,550
Memorial Day: May 22 - 27
— 5 nights, $5,400
— full week, $6,500
Book early for off-season rentals. Peak Spring & Fall weekends book quickly; Valentines' Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s.
Off-Season (other times)
For all times not indicated in the description to the left, the following rates apply:
— 2 night stay $650/night
— 7 night stay $4,200 (for week)
The cost per night is lower for rentals of three or more nights.

Reservations are first come first serve. Until your reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
